Masters, Stevens Institute of Technology – Greg obtained his Masters of Science in Telecommunications management in 2005. He completed his thesis on Identifying, Assessing and Analyzing Operational Risk within Information Technology.  The approach applied concepts on operational risk accepted within the financial services industry to a Legal Enterprise’s IT Services Organization.  The thesis sites the cause and case for operational risk within information technology, suggests a framework for coping with risk and applying its methods against a case study of the midsized law firm’s IT operations.

Bachelors, Ohio University Greg received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in 1998. His focus of study was Marketing and Finance with a concentration in Communications.  He was chosen as a member of the College of Business Corporate Leadership Fellows program, an elite group of the top 10 students in the college, chosen to host key executive visits to campus and included a professional trip to London to meet with former OU graduate and CEO of British Telecom giant Cable & Wireless, Dick Brown.

Certificate, Ohio University Sales CentreThe Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre is dedicated to developing students as tomorrow’s sales leaders; to supporting sales practitioners with research and development; and to enhancing the reputation of sales as a true profession.  As the original graduate of the Centre and founding member of the executive board, Greg’s Ohio roots have both propelled him to professional success and motivated him to personal contribution.

His role is both to develop the strategic vision and carry out the execution of the Sales Centre’s mission and objectives, growing the organization to more than 250 candidates, nearly 1000 alumni, more than 40 corporate members and national recognition including highlights as the leading sales education institution in Selling Power magazine and a PBS documentary on the sales profession.  His efforts include building the foundation for an elite mentoring program called Coach & Candidate which pairs Candidates with Board members for a year long, seasonal coaching process of introspection, goal setting and achievement recognition.  Greg’s connection to the Sales Centre is a lifelong commitment to shaping the future of tomorrow’s leaders and the very nature of business itself.
