The OU Sales Centre hosts a Transitions Day for candidates getting ready to graduate and go into the real world. One of the candidates, Nate Marshall, asked me to comment on a couple questions for the event. I thought I’d share them and the answers with you.
1. What was your biggest surprise out of college?
How unstructured the world is. Success is no longer a linear equation and no one is necessarily subscribed to yours.
2. What would you have done differently ?
Not much. I’m the culmination of my life’s events and all those have been pretty good at getting me where I want to be and making me into who I am.
3. What do you love about the “real world”?
The infinite possibilities that exist. If you can dream it, you can be it.
